JT Agro expands European footprint to help global agriculture thrive

JT Agro, a specialist crop protection partner headquartered in Huddersfield, has expanded its European footprint over the past year, entering new markets and strengthening its presence across key agricultural regions.

The growth reflects rising demand for dependable crop protection solutions and underlines the company’s commitment to helping global agriculture thrive.

As an end-to-end crop protection specialist, JT Agro manages every stage of product development and supply, from ingredient synthesis in India and specialist formulation in the UK to in-house R&D and regulatory support.

The expansion has seen the business establish a presence in new European markets including UK, France, Germany, Poland, Italy, and Romania, while also deepening its reach in existing territories. By broadening market access, JT Agro is helping more farmers access reliable, long-term crop protection solutions tailored to local regulatory and agronomic requirements.

Over the past 12 months, JT Agro secured 90 product registrations across 17 European countries, with a further 84 currently pending, providing a strong platform for continued expansion. To support this growth, the business strengthened its team with 5 key hires, enhancing capability across formulation, manufacturing, R&D, and regulatory functions.
